InfoCert is a highly specialized partner for companies searching for Digital Certification and Electronic Document Management services, capable of guaranteeing advanced innovation in the management of documentary and information management processes. The company is a European leader in digital document preservation processes according to law and in certified e-mail services. Moreover it is one of the major Certification Authorities in Italy for digital signatures. InfoCert designs and develops IT solutions with high technological value in the dematerialization through document management components, digital preservation, digital signature and certified e-mail, in perfect compliance with current regulations.
InfoCert has operational offices in Rome, Milan e Padua. LegalMail, LegalDoc, LegalCert and LegalInvoice are registerd brands of InfoCert, to which the Company has added recently Libro Firma (Signature Book), Meeting Book, Business Book and Digital Contract. With its accreditation as a Identity Provider for the Italian Government’s SPID initiative at the end of 2015, InfoCert enriched its offer with InfoCert ID, a service with permits the identity recognition credential awarding to access governmental services to private individuals, companies and other entities belonging to the system. In early May 2018 InfoCert successfully completed the acqusition – via the subscription of newly issued shares of a capital increase – of a 51% participation in AC Camerfirma SA (“Camerfirma”), one of the principal Certification Authorities in Spain. With this transaction InfoCert has undertaken in a concrete fashion its ambitious objective to create a panEuropean provider of Digital Trust services.
InfoCert was contributed to Tecnoinvestimenti when the latter was founded in 2009.
Visura and its subsidiary Lextel are active in the Digital Trust market mainly through the sale of telematic security solutions (TTS Telematic Trust Services) and telematic services for lawyers, such as the electronic civil process and the electronic criminal trial process, which collect and archive documents for trial or legal process, Visura and Lextel offer IT solutions to support financial accounting, management of professional billing registers and IT protocol services designed for the public administration sector, professionals (lawyers accountants, architects etc) and trade associations. Other additional services are offered such as CAF Facile and registered online that allow you to send 730, ISEE and registered models with acknowledgment of receipt debiting them on the prepaid account.
Visura became a member of the Tecnoinvestimenti Group in 2016.

RE Valuta was established in 2010 to provide to its partners the best real estate valuations available in order to support strategic and operational decisions.
The Company uses valuation and reporting models based on best international practices to support clients that issue credit, recover credit and manage real estate portfolios, in the sectors of retail, corporate and commercial. In strategic situations, such as acquisitions, asset sales or other extraordinary transactions RE Valuta provides strategic consultancy as well as valuation services, thereby integrating the research methodologies which are constantly updated to be aligned with national, European and international regulations and standards.
Valuta, which was a member of the Tecnoinvestimenti Group since its establishment, is now directly controlled by Tecnoinvestimenti.

Composed of Co.Mark and Warrant Group, this Business Unit furnishes value added services principally to industrial and production small and medium-sized enterprises to assist them in their process of internationalization and in the crearion of commercial opportunities in Italy and abroad.Co.Mark was founded at Bergamo in 1998 as a professional consulting firm in the field of temporary managment services. Its aim was to research potential new buyers for clients and the creation of coamercial networks in Italy and abroad. Co.Mark adopted a unique model aiming at achieving concrete results in a relatively short time period and applied a flexible commercial approach that focused resources on developing promising leads.
Over time Co.Mark developed its Temporary Export Management services into a disciplined sales method and the formation of a cadre of approximately 100 Temporary Export Specialists (“TES”™) located throughout Italy. The core business is divided into three basic areas: services dedicated to SMEs, consultancy and training for large companies, and, finally, partnership with local business associations and national confederations. In 2016 Co.Mark established a subsidiary Co.Mark TES in Spain, with offices in Barcelona and Madrid.

Warrant Group S.r.l. (“Warrant”) is offers highly specialized consultancy services to support innovation and development in SMEs, particularly by identifying possibilities to obtain subsidized finance and collaborating with companies to ensure they obtain such funding.
The Company, which is headquarted at Correggio (Reggio Emilia), has been operating on the market since 1995, employs or uses the services of over 200 professionals and more has a client base of over 4000.
Warrant offers consultancy to firms of every sector of the economy in the following areas:

- Corporate finance
- Energy (Energy Diagnosi – Recovery of excise taxes – Subsidies in Alternative Energy/Energy savings)
- “Warrant Innovation Lab” – a research organism which is in the form of a consortium company controlled by Warrant – consultacy to aid innovation and technological transfer.
With the framework of EU financings Warrant operates through “beWarrant”, which has offices at Bruxelles and is capable of accompanying corporations that want to undertake projects within the framework of the Euroopean Framework Programme in Research & Development (Horizon 2020).
The entrance of Warrant in the Tecnoinvestimenti Group in November 2017 was an important step in the execution of a strategy to build a platform of integrated high value added services for SMEs.
